Bodyweight dosage per day

0.5 - 2kg = 0.5 - 2.5ml
2 - 5kg = 2.5 - 5ml
5 - 11kg = 5 - 10ml
11 - 22kg = 10 - 15ml
22 - 34kg = 15 - 20ml
34 - 68kg = 20 - 30ml
68 - 90kg = 30 - 40ml
90 - 180 kg = 40 - 50ml

use dose per day for first week, use double
dose for the next three weeks,
then go back to original dose and use as
maintenance
