We hope you will be 100% happy with your purchase but if the item is not what you expected we offer a money back guarantee of your purchase price if the item is returned to us unopened within 7 days of receipt.
Please note this only applies to goods with tamper proof lids or in sealed bags. We are not able to offer refunds for items without tamper proof packaging for Health & Safety reasons.
Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns if opened. However, if by some chance there is a fault or a problem, then please email us so that we can discuss individual cases with you, as we do try our best to resolve problems and issues. So in the rare chance that you may want to send something back please follow these guidelines:
Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery of your items, along with your order details and full name. We will then send you details on where to send back the items. You will be responsible for the return of postage costs.
When the goods are received you will be refunded in the manner that you paid minus the original outward shipping costs. If an exchange is required you will need to pay for the postage (where applicable) to re-send items, unless it is at the fault of Naturally Animals.
For your own protection when returning any items, we request that you use Recorded Delivery and keep the tracking number safe until we are in receipt of the goods, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us.
Please note that any orders returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect from postal services by the customer will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer’s expense.
