Naturally Animals sell products and provide related information through our website, telephone conversations or as recommendation as a result of a consultation whether in person or from a photograph or telephone / distant consult. As a user of our website, you acknowledge that any transactions you make are subject to our terms and conditions below.

We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions. Any changes we make will come into effect on the date that they have been posted on the website. You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions. By placing an order with us, we will assume that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.

Our packaging policy is all about being as environmentally friendly as possible. We reduce, reuse and recycle all we can and comply with the Soil Association standards. You may therefore receive your parcel in a recycled box!

Order Processing

When you make an order on the website your order will be subject to acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours (Mon – Fri) of receipt of the order subject to availability.

Special products which are made to order for certain conditions are subject to a 2 to 21 days delivery lead-time. This is because special herbs will need to be ordered for the formulas and mixed on receipt of an order.

The confirmation email you will receive upon placement of an order is not confirmation or order acceptance by Naturally Animals. A contract for the sale of our products will only exist once your order has been processed and dispatched.

You will receive notification via text or email from the courier company stating the time frame when to expect your delivery. If, after this for some reason you fail to receive your delivery, then please contact us within 48 hours so we can follow this up.

The price payable for the products is the price on our web site at the time you place your order. The prices of the products that we display on our web site are subject to change without notice. All prices, where appropriate, are inclusive of any sales taxes, unless otherwise stated. Where an item shows ‘Plus VAT’ VAT will be added at the checkout stage.

All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will of course offer you an alternative, give a full refund or confirm the delivery lead-time. Naturally Animals will contact you to arrange this via email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Paying for your Goods
Naturally Animals takes payments by Paypal Checkout via web. Please note credit cards may incur a 2% surcharge.

We do not accept payments via cheque.

Our website currently accepts Pounds Sterling only.

Delivery and Refunds
We will deliver products in accordance with your order. We make every effort to deliver the products as explained in our terms and conditions, however delays are sometimes unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in the delivery or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. You will receive notification via text or email from the courier company stating the time frame when to expect your delivery. If, after this for some reason you fail to receive your delivery, then please contact us within 48 hours so we can follow this up.

In any cases, we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

We are however unable to refund postage or courier costs.

DPD does not deliver to PO boxes.

If you entered a wrong or incorrect delivery address, you’ll need to pay all costs resulting from attempted deliveries and possible return shipments.

Damaged Items
If any items arrive damaged this must be reported to Naturally Animals and the courier company immediately, recorded on the delivery note and reported to Naturally Animals within 48 hours of delivery otherwise no claim against the Company will be accepted. We will require photographic evidence of the damage so that we can pass it onto the courier company. Naturally Animals will not be liable for any loss or damage in transit and all claims shall be made against the carrier. Naturally Animals will assist with this.

Returns Policy
We hope you will be 100% happy with your purchase but if the item is not what you expected we offer a money back guarantee of your purchase price if the item is returned to us unopened within 7 days of receipt. Please note this only applies to good with tamper proof lids or in sealed bags. We are not able to offer refunds for items not with tamper proof packaging for Health & Safety reasons.

Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns if opened. However, if by some chance there is a fault or a problem, then please email us so that we can discuss individual cases with you, as we do try our best to resolve problems and issues. So in the rare chance that you may want to send something back please follow these guidelines:

Please email us at sales@naturallyanimals.co.uk within 7 days of delivery of your items, along with your order details and full name. We will then send you details on where to send back the items. You will be responsible for the return of postage costs.

When the goods are received you will be refunded in the manner that you paid minus the original outward shipping costs. If an exchange is required you will need to pay for the postage (where applicable) to re-send items, unless it is at the fault of Naturally Animals.

For your own protection when returning any items, we request that you use Recorded Delivery and keep the tracking number safe until we are in receipt of the goods, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us.

Please note that any orders returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect from postal services by the customer will not be returned to the customer and will only be re-send at the customer’s expense.

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and security and promise to never pass on private information or email addresses to a third party.
